my baby is sitting up all the time and she is just now 3 months old as of yesterday. she has once or twice sat up for less than a minute with no support on the couch. is this average or is she early or late?

see my daughter was around the same age when she starting sitting up on her own. I think it all depends on the child and when they think they are ready for something.

my son sat up on his own at 3 months, he's a big boy so I figured he was able to support himself better but all babies are different

My children starting sitting up unassisted around 5 months. Use a boppy pillow when they are younger. It will give them a little help and something soft to fall back on should they fall. Good luck!

Its a little early for her to be sitting up with no suport. most babys sit on there own between 5 -7 months
