I went back to school when my son was 8 months old and it took some adjustment, but I found that time management was key. My son went to daycare so if I had a test or big project coming up I might stay at school an hour later to study. I also put my son to bed at a regular time every night so I knew I would have awhile to get any schoolwork done while he was sleeping.

Ya that is the truth I have a hard time making sure I keep up with me since having her like my whole identity is being mommy.

I think once a women becomes a mom it's natural to either loose time to have me time or we think it's not important or we're being selfish.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate the advice, especially about the "me" time I completely forgot about that.

I did both part time and full time school when I had my daughter. My advice is have your child in care with a business or person you trust allowing you to concentrate on being in school. Secondly when your home have a routine that allows you to see your child for a little while and then have them asleep in time to work on homework. Nothing can be more stressful then when it all piles up. Lastly take 30 minutes a day (either having a bubble bath, or long shower, etc) and have yourself some me time, this I cannot stress enough. Without me time you will be drained quickly and won't be able to concentrate on school or your child, plus if you take this time you will find it intellectually rewarding as it will improve your memory and focus.

Good luck
