How to find a preschool that is affordable but at the same time you can trust them with a sensitive child who had a bad experience of school???

My daughter is 4 years old and when she was 3 she was enrolled in a preschool , she was just potty trained and for some reason ( i guess because she was never left anywhere) she would get anxious and had an accident everytime she went to class , they wouldnt change her and made her stand in a corner till i get there................... i took her out of school and she completely changed , we had to do some counseling till we could get her back to normal BUT now its time for her to go to preschool and I don't know how to find a school that is patient with kids that are sensitive and not so expensive!!! places that are more like a daycare would be so crowed !!! I need helpppppp!!

If you don't mind the religious aspect (and in preschool it's fairly minor) I would look into preschools at local churches. They tend to be small, flexible and inexpensive. Some churches may be willing to give you reduced tuition if you can't pay.
