I have a strict policy about eating healthy foods in our house so I only buy stuff I would like my son to eat. I also let him choose. He is two. So, for a snack I give the option of two different things like banana or yogurt. That way he can pick and has more ownership over the decision. Meals I often cook the veggies into the dish so he is more likely to eat it. I also give funny names to things so he will eat it, like little green trees for the broccoli. Logan loves that. Something else is that, he is more likely to eat it if my husband and I sit down and eat the same thing he does. I know sometimes it's hard to do that but you are the role model. they mimic everything you do. good luck.

I usually sprinkle a bit of crackers or bread croutons that my 2 years old daughter loves over the food and she'll eat it happily

I bought a book from amazon.com called "Food For Tots" and it has been SO helpful for me! It's about feeding your child from birth to 6 years old. It has tons of recipes and tips on how to sneak healthy foods into everyday recipes weather if be beverages, snacks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert!

Cheese is your best friend. Kids loves cheese. My son is picky, if I cover it in cheese he will eat it. Dessert works too. Happy plates get desserts.

There is a cookbook out there by Jessica Seinfeld, called "deceptively delicious." Its sneaking foods in that are healthy. I know that one of the favorites is she purees squash and mixes it with mac & cheese and another with some quesadillas! She also does scrambled eggs with cauliflower, and chocolate cake with beets!! The kids don't know! I have a few friends at work that use it with their kids and LOVE it!! Check out her website!!

I sure hope this helps! Be sure to let us know!! :-)
