ok so its been a about 3weeks since i miscarried @ 8weeks...i have been bleeding off and on since then a little here and little there...we have had unprotected sex the past 2 weeks..now the bleeding has stopped(only old blood every now and then) and i have been cramping and tender breast..im also starting to feel sick all the time....i was just wondering how would you be able to tell if your pregnant if you havent had a normal period since the miscarraige?

PLEASE! dont judge on doing this soo soon after...EVERYONE said everything happens for a reason... i lost the baby for a reason and i will get pregnant again when god thinks its right...so why should we prevent it. if its gonna happen when he thinks its time, right? ( the thing helping me deal with the loss "everything happens for a reason")

I had a miscarriage at 6weeks about 3 or 4 weeks before my daughter was conceived. The hormones showed up on the test for about 2 weeks and then I did not have a positive test until I was 3 months pregnant at the doctors office so it really put my hormones out of whack but at 8 weeks pregnant, I'm not sure if the hormones are high enough to last very long either.

I'm sorry about your miscarriage. It was very hard for me because I wanted a baby more than anything and I didn't think I could get pregnant. I was blessed with a beautiful, healthy, smart, and funny baby very soon after! I wish for you the same =)

I'd suggest getting a test done at the doctors office. Those are a bit more effective than the home pregnancy tests, and might be able to tell a bit sooner than one of the home pregnancies. Doesn't hurt to speak to your dr about it either.

I thought about a prgnancy test but i didnt know if the hormones would still be high enough(from the miscarriage) to turn it positive ....that may sound stupid lol but i just wasnt sure

It sounds to me like you might possibly be pregnant. You might just want to take a pregnancy test. But I completely agree with you God is in control and when the time is right He will bless you with another beautiful baby:) I am truly sorry for your loss. And I hope you and your family are doing ok

Take a pregnancy test. But remember you could be having psychological pregnancy symptoms from wanting to be pregnant and also still having your hormones out of whack from the pregnancy/miscarriage.

sorry to hear about your miscarriage :(

I would assume a home pregnancy test might work , worth a try every couple days
