No matter what you are going to get tired. The biggest thing you can do to help keep yourself up andmoving is just go walking. I foundmyself MANY days needing to take a nap.

Feeling bloated and sleepy at 5-6 weeks pregnant is normal and I'm not sure that any exercise will help. Your body is doing what it is meant to do. Enjoy the moment because before you know it...it will all be over. It's only yet begun....good luck and best wishes to you :)

your in what i always said was the worst part of pregnancy. Because i felt the exact same way. Nothing really helped me, more water and more rest might help, however i hated the bloated feeling and i felt like i big enough people thought i was fat or had gained a few pounds but not big enough that i looked pregnant. It gets better...its a phase and it passes. Sorry, hang in there.

Try drinking more water as this will help flush your system and try to stay away from overly salty foods. As for exercises, walking generally helps, but suffice to say honey, being bloated and tired in the first 3 months of your pregnancy is totally normal.

with my first i didnt show, get a bump, bloating .. nothing.. till i was about 5 months. i started showing with my second one at like 7 or 8 weeks. and yea.. i knew right away i was gunna get HUGE. i cried to my dr and he told me that it was normal to get bigger with each baby, ive even gained more weight with this one than i did with the first. What your talking about has been my biggest problem with my pregnancy. Im having my baby in a month and i am bigger than i was the first time but its not too bad. i so feel your pain. Hopefully your baby bump gets big enough soon that you dont just feel bigger but you feel pregnant. :)
