I cant get my 4 year old son on a sleeping schedule since I had my daughter last month!

I just had a baby girl last month and I have a son whos going to be 4 in a few days but ever since I got back from the hospital I cant get my sons sleeping schedule back to where it was. I knew it was going to be hard but before I left for the hospital he went to bed on time at 8 every night and now he sits on his bed until 11 or 12. I know this isnt healthy for him and Im lost on what I should do, please help!

Have dinner, have a bath, story, bed time. If he's sitting up or carrying on go in and tell him to lay down and go to sleep until he does.
