i just cant kick the baby weight ( my daughter is two) anyone have any tips or suggestions to taking off the pounds? ( i also work full time and i am a single mom so i dont have alot of time) any advice would help thanks

Weight Watchers and walking helped me after my last baby. I was back down to my goal weight six months after joining Weight Watchers. Walking every day for at least 20 minutes too, I don't like videos, but fresh air sure helped!

I just had my 2nd child, right now shes 2 months. I have bought a Wii Fit and I go for a walk everyday with my kids. So far those two things have helped me lose weight. Good Luck :)

eating small meals several times a day is suppose to help get the metabolism goin faster, plus eating healthier (fruits and vegs). theres quite a few workouts around that u can do in 10 mins or so, any excercise is good. i don't if this helps u at all, but for most people its the diet, changing it usually makes a big difference, basing it on no medical conditions causing it. I've also heard a body cleanse is suppose to help. good luck

No but if you find any let me know. I gained at least 15-20 pounds with each of my 4 children and I have not been able to shed them yet. I could use the advice too.
