I could understand his sister if his brother had no where else to go but the fact that the man has a whole nother living space makes this whole thing soo crazi to me. You have every right to feel the way you do and i agree that these people sound so selfish. Your baby is still very young and its prob best if she stays at home and gets visitors there if they are to caught up with their own issues to visit her at home then thats their problem

You have every right to feel that way and your partner should understand your daughter is number 1 priority now and if his relatives don't understand that's there problem and a child belongs with their mother and if the aunt cannot come and visit then she misses out. I have that same frame of mind. People want to see our kids they know where we live. Quite frankly I'd be trusting your intincts there's been times when I've had a bad feeling about someone and not trust them and it turns out it's lucky I didn't and I've found out bad things about them. Trust your intincts if your gut tells you not to let your child around these people trust it. Quite frankly your brother shouldn't go around to listen to them slandering you it's disrespectful. Fair enough if he doesn't want to say anything or get involved but then he should stay away if he's not going to defend you
