i'm now already 34 weeks pregnant,its been a month more i felt those menstrual pain.sometimes more painful but no sign of delivery yet...i'm so stress with it.i never felt like this before for my two other girls.i'm having bachache and now even chest pain.i went to see doc,they still gimme the same answer,its juz a braxton hicks.but my leg was badly swollen n feel hot when u touch them.they havent gimme any sign to labor yet.how long will it last?i cant sleep everyday.sometimes when i sleep,my pelvic n vagina's bone will feel painful when i roll around my bed.what n why does that happens?

i had admitted to hospital yesterday and doc still gimme the same answer.she say the baby is not yet matured and not the time yet.if really going to labor,she juz gimme a syringe for baby to grow mature.lol.....

Try a midwife.I went for a dr visit at 37 weeks and he was supposed to do an internal. He didn't and scheduled another appointment at 39 weeks but I knew my baby was already on his way. At exactly 38 weeks I felt a bit of pain. A midwife did an internal and told me my baby may be in distress but I was definitely in early labour. 10am the next morning my baby was born! Docs don't always know it all. You are a paycheck to them (most of the time)
Please keep a very close eye on your blood pressure. It'll be the first sign that something isn't right, regarding your leg. Bet they told you to keep your legs up? If so, I would do just that. Don't strain your heart any more than it already is with the pregnancy. I'm sure it'll all go smooth for you once the process gets started though it may be a nice idea to give it another three weeks or so before popping? :) Best of luck!!!

i had done it so many times till i fed up to go c doc.they told me my leg was abnormal and gotta wait for glucose testing but till now havent done anything.,i'm tired of it.

Do yourself a big favour. Get a second opinion. Go to a sister or a midwife. Have your blood pressure and blood sugar tested to make sure you are not about to go into pre eclampsia! Ask the widwife to do an internal exam to see where the babys head is sitting. Almost sure its sitting right at the bottom of your bith canal hence the pain on your bones. Keep a close eye on when you feel baby move and for how long. Don't take a chance with anything. At this stage it is viable to panic. I'm not saying you should freak out. Just saying that no one must tell you to "calm down, its all ok". Do all that you have to do until YOU feel its ok to calm down. Its your body and your baby and if you have to move mountains and be a bitch about it to get answers - DO IT. They can't just tell you it all ok. Get them to explain why you shouldn't worry!
