Get an ab circle hahaha. Or wear a corset. I wore a torsolette and had a lace up dress.

Try doing sit ups at home! Do lots of cadio & drink lots of water! I also used the Nivea q10 firming lotion... I don't remember seeing any results cause my gym phases are on & off but I try. I'm about to go on vacay in a month =.=" My goal is to try & go to hot yoga everyday to shed off my fattyness lol!

Do this little test. Lie flat on your back and put two fingerson your tummy, about half way between the bottom of your ribs and your belly button, right on the little groove that runs between to long abdominal muscles. Then, lift your head and shoulders, as if you are about to do a sit up. Just as the muscles start to tense, if you feel a gap between the muscles that means the ligament that joins the muscles together has stretched and the muscles are separated. This is what happened to me after my son was born. 14 months later I still look about 4 months pregnant. It is hard to get your tummy to look flat if this happens as these muscles are what hold all those internal organs in place. My gap was big, about 4 finger tips wide. It has finally started to narrow to two, with the help of exercises given to menu a physio. So do the test, and if you think there is a gap see a physio. Do not do sit ups or any of the conventional tummy toning exercises until you've seen someone because if that's the case you could make it worse. Just something to look into, is you haven't been able to flatten it after two years maybe there is an underlying reason. My tummy returned to normal pretty quickly after my first, but with my second it's taking ages. The gap is now about two fingers widide.

Even though I lost all my pregnancy weight and was THIN before pregnancy... my belly will never be unflabby again. Getting your muscles toned up may help, but it may just be time to embrace the new body that your child has gifted you with now.

muscle burns more than just cardio- doing some weight training and walking may help, but nothing is going to make your stomach the same as it was.

I'd love to give you some miracle tip but there isn't one. Your boobs are never going to be the same again although the right bathing suit or bra can make em look amazing. When it's off though-you're going to have to get used to it. They never look the same as pre baby. AS for your stomach, you can try cutting out foods that are high in fat, salt, and sugar, and exercising. Often just walking every day can help your stomach get back to close to pre baby flat. But again, it's probably never going to look the same again, depending in how many stretch marks you got. You grew a baby, it's allowed to be different.
