Yeah it is. When my son was growing I could feel my insides stretching to make room for him it wasn't so much painful just abit uncomftable for a while. It also can depend on where the baby is positioned and how they move, my son liked to dig his hands, feet, kness, elbows into whatever was in his way, usually my ribs which he had bruised by 5 months, he was an extremely active baby

With my son I was 5 months but I felt him moving from about from about 19 weeks. With my daughter I felt her moving from about 19 weeks as well and started showing with her at around 4 and a 1/2 months. I was 4 weeks when I found out I was pregnant with my son and 18weeks with my daughter

i was told by my doc usually morning sickenss does not kick in until 5-6 wks. but sooner than that u may notice your breast size increasing but may not or sometimes u may have cramping because your uterus is beginning to stretch for your baby. You may not notice anything. Every person and pregnancy is different.

completely normal. i was 3 or 4 weeks when i found out i was pregnant with baby #2, but only had a missed period & sensitive nipples. didn't really have symptoms until i was 6 or 7 weeks along..when i started getting sick all the time.

Oh yeah...I had no idea I was even pregnant this time around (I thought I was just a little late) My Hubs is the one who made me take the test (I was already 5 1/2 weeks at this point) but it wasn't long before I was hit with the nausea and fatigue. Even if you have no symptoms, that is totally normal, and as Claire said "count yourself lucky!"

I didn't have any morning sickness with either of my daughters, i was about 3 months along when i found out that i was pregnant both times. I felt really good with both of my pregnancies, i hope you have a wonderful pregnancy and a healthy baby :)- best of luck to you both!

Hi there, with both of my pregnancies i had no signs of pregnancy until i was 4 1/2 months pregnant and even then the only symptoms that gave it away was weight gain and no period at that time. Aside from that i had no other symptoms and most people say taht i was lucky but the down side was that I have horrible complications when it comes to birth that I would trade in any time for the morning sickness and anything else they would give me

Hello. With my son I felt great! I only got sick a few times later on in the pregnancy. Then we got pregnant again right after we had him and I felt great again but we lost the baby. High HCG levels can make you sick but are good. If you have no symptoms it could mean your levels are low. I got pregnant soon after we lost the baby and I was so sick right from 4 weeks til about 4 months. I'm pregnant AGAIN. This time i was sick right from 2 weeks pregnant. I'm almost 3 months pregnant now and my all day sickness is starting to go away. If i was you I wouldn't worry for at least a few more weeks unless you are spotting or cramping.

i told my husband the whole time i was pregnant with our little one that i wasnt really sure if i was or not..lol, the reason being was that all i had heard about was the terrible morning sickness. during my whole nine month pregnancy i didnt throw up one time. since you're only 4 weeks, just give it time, and you will probably have more sypmtoms than you want ;)
