I would just pick one type and stick to it.

My ped told me that as long as we're not switching back and forth between soy base and milk base, we were fine to switch between brands. I think some children prefer one or the other, though.

I wouldnt recommend it. Even though formula has the same basic ingredients the amount of each ingredient may be different. Also some powders are finer then others.

I would not recomend it either cause it upsets there little tummies and gives them gas i used carnation good start and it worked the best for both kids enfamil and similac were way too harsh but you find what works for you and stick to it ya know

i would just find a formula that works... my daughter was sensitive to enfamil because it was more like flakes and gave her gas so i had to use nestle good start becasue it was a fine powder and didnt cause gas. you should just find one that works and stick with it. your baby will be happier and less fussy

I would ask your babys doctor, but I would switch back and forth with my son when he was on formula and he did just fine and I was even using store brands also. It should be fine as long as you stick with all milk based or all soy based formula and not switch back and forth that way. Because really all brands of formula are the same if you read the label, it just has a different name attached to it.

i wouldn't recommend it, simply because it might upset your baby's stomach from having to adjust back and forth all the time to the different formulas.
