I dont go in to see my ob til Nov 17th.... and i have been taking prenatals since b4 i got pregnant... I am taking GNC's prenatals... prenatal pill, calcium 600 pill, and dha 200 pill... its a pack.....

Its great to hear that you are taking care of yourself - not too many people don't, especially women - we tend to look after ourselves last after everyone/everything else. Prenatals, and any vitamins for that matter are essential for everyone to be taking on a daily basis. With the pollution and depletion of our natural resources we dont get what we need out of food, water, and air anymore.
As for morning sickness - I currently am pregnant - and I take Isotonix Prenatal Vitamin - you drink it! It absorbs within 5 to 10 min. and you get over 90% of the product. Plus - after I take it, and then have morning sickness - its been already passed to my small intestine - so I dont puke up pills and then worry about whether or not im getting the vitamins - they are already absorbing!

I was taking prenatals before I was pregnant, and they advise to start before thinking of conception, so yes, definitely

If you are worried about taking them, or if they start making you sick you can take Flinstones. They are prescribed to women that are allergic to prenatals

Definately! Thats great that you started before you got pregnant it will help you have a healthier pregnancy and healthier baby! My OB even recommended that I continue to take prenatal vitamins for 6 weeks after I gave birth since your body is still "recovering" from being pregnant... They cant hurt at all as long as you take them as directed... the only thing is that you should never take more than the required dose because it is possible to have TOO MUCH of a mineral/vitamin and that would not be good for you or your baby!

You're fine. It's highly recommended to take them before you even get pregnant so keep on taking them.

Yes girl, keep taking them. That is wonderful for your body and baby, They may make you a little sick in the first trimester but your doc can give you a different kind. Congrats on your pregnancy. Good for you for taking them to be healty before you were pregnant to give your baby the best start in life.

On the prenatal bottle it says to begin before getting pregnant. So yes, go a head and start!
