If their baby teeth become decayed it will cause trouble for their adult teeth before the even surface. Plus, cavities hurt really bad! ):
You should brush any teeth they have twice a day and floss their teeth too.

No my son is 14 months old and I brush his teeth every day. If they have teeth shouldn't you care for them? Just don't use regular tooth paste they have baby stuff or just use water, but you don't want your baby swallowing floride

I agree with what everyone else has said, if they have teeth, those teeth should be brushed.

If they don't have teeth it is important to clean their gums daily, during bath with a washcloth or with one of the toothbrushes designed for new babies.

My daughter is 16 mnths old and we brush her teeth at least once a day, but usually 2 or 3 because she LOVES to brush her teeth. she has even made a sign for it (which is pretty much the real sign) and will just walk up to me or go to the bathroom and do her sign! my dentist is glad she likes to brush them! and it helps me remember to brush mine more often.

Pretty much. They need to learn good hygiene habits even if their baby teeth are going to fall out.

Yes..I don't mean for this to sound rude, but why would you not brush your childs teeth everyday?? Their teeth are like anyone else's and can get cavities, tooth decay, etc. Plus, it's good for them to learn early on about teeth brushing (they will have to do it their whole lives) If you teach them about hygiene early on then it will cause less problems later.

Hi! You really should brush them everyday. I am sometimes horrible at remembering though because my 2 year old daughter goes to bed earlier than I do. I definately will if she has a lot of juice or snacks. Baby teeth will fall out but its good to get into a rhythm and get they used to it. Plus you don't want them to develop gum problems. I use the Little Bear toddler toothpaste. She likes the taste so its easier to get her to brush. But even letting them chew on the toothbrush is better than nothing!
