My daughter is almost 16 months. She is 31 inches/ 75-90% for height, and she is 27 lbs/90-95% weight. Is she too heavy for her frame? If she is slightly, what can I do to change it?
Sample menu/feeding schedule is:
08:00 - breastmilk
09:00 - one egg or a package of grits with small cup of water or juice
11:00 - breastmilk & nap
01:00 - small sandwich with 4 or 5 baby veggy puffs and water
04:00 - yogurt, about half of a yoplait and juice
06:30 - Spaghetti or Gerber Graduates Ravioli and water
08:30 - breastmilk & bed
She won't eat fruit too often, and when she does it's bananas, then only a couple of bites. She'll only drink watered down orange juice. She drinks water all day. I can get her to eat fried ocra, but no other veggies that aren't chopped up and served with spaghetti sauce or those ravioli. She can't tolerate cow milk. She only has her front teeth for the most part, so she doesn't eat much meat. Unfortunately she loves starches; potatos, breads... But I don't let her eat those all day by any means. Is there anything you can see that I can do better?
