looseing mommy tummy after c-section

hi i have a 3 year old and twins aged 7 mnths, my eldest was a natural birth and my twins were c section! i lost all my weight after my first daughter was born but to be honest my stomach never went back to how it was as the elactisity in the skin had gone was loose basicly and i think even more so since the section! i know my stomach will go back to alomost normal but more often than not your stomach is never the same after you have had a baby and its just one of those things that comes with motherhood and we have to accept that fact! some people are very lucky and there stomach goes back to how it was depends on the elactisity in the individuals skin!

Atleast give yourself as long as it took you to get that weight. Your body changes after every kid. And especially a c section. I have had two. One resulting in twins.It took me forever to lose most of the weight.

March is not long ago, give your body more time to recoup the damages done by pregnancy not to mention c-section. I use bio oil to help with the stretch marks and it does work. Eating right with reasonable exercise will help but don't push yourself too hard, it will all come in time.

You can definitely lose the mommy tummy after a csection!! I had mine almost completely gone accept a lil roll and then I got pregnant again oops lol.

Anywho, I drank a lot cold green tea, pomogranate juice, cranberry juice, and water. Ate a lot of lean maels for lunch, like fresh salads or low sodium healthy choice cafe steamers. I also did a lot of core exercises. Zumba dancing, kickboxing, tae-bo, and hula hoop exercises were really effective at toning my midsection while providing great cardio.

I had my daughter via cesarean in Oct 2009 and had lost all the weight ( 37 lbs)by 14 weeks postpartum. Nursing burns an extra 500 calories a day so between that, a high metabolism, and watching our 4 year old the weight came off fast. BUT... 9 months later the skin is just now tightening back up.

So, no you will not always have it. Try cardio to loose the fat, a better diet to not gain any more fat and abb workouts to tone the muscles again.

ther is hope, however you may never go back to what you looked like bb(before baby). I too had a c-section n i've almost lost all the weight and i had my kid in 2006. we lose weight @ diff rates. i've made piec with my mommy tummy ,however i have a limit ;-) once u make piece wit ur body, and just exercise and eat rite u'll find da mommy tummy melting away(as far as possible...:)

i had my little girl in april this year and i have lost alomost all of my weight. i was 6 and a half stone when i first fell pregnant and i went to a whopping 12stone so u can imagine how different i looked but i have now got rid of my baby tum without doing any specific excercise only walking my dog.
i must say that my health visitor was very suprised when she first visited me at home as i had no overhang on my c-section scar or anything. i do have stretch marks still on my upper inner thighs and bottom. still have a little weight there too but am told it takes up to a year before you get back to normal but it all depends on the person as each individual is different like your metabolism etc..
