My husband and I both have our daughters footprint from the hospital tattooed. Mine is on my leg and my husband's is on his arm. We get a ton of compliments and we both love that fact that we have the same tattoo. We are doing it again with our second child. The date underneath is a nice idea. Great looking tattoo!

I love it!!! I want to get one with each of my boys footprint from the hospital with their DOB under it. I just can't decide where to get it! Yours looks great, but I bet it hurt like hell!

It actually didn't hurt to bad and it only took about an hour.
But getting a tattoo is a different experience for everyone LOL.
Some think it's more painful than others and how long it takes depends on the artist.
But I recomend getting a first tatt done in a freaquently used part of the body like th wrist.
That's where I got my first,
And try to get an artist with a good amount of experince,
My artist has 8 years under his belt
