Lupus during pregnancy

I have had 2 miscarriages that ended early & I am currently pregnant again. I'm over 13 weeks pregnant now! I found out with my second pregnancy that my blood type was A negative & was given the Rhogam shot. Within weeks of getting that shot, I started to have arthritic symptoms & decided to go see a rheumatologist. After lots of tests, they decided that I have Lupus and Rheumatiod Arthritis. I have never had any problems before that vaccination shot...which is kind of weird. The doctor said that the Rhogam shot would have no effect on my diagnosis. Anyway, my question is....has anyone delt with lupus during pregnancy & did it cause any problems for you or your baby? What are some things I need to watch for? Also, I would love to hear some positives from women who have had healthy pregnancies and babies with lupus. Thank you!
