I got the iud in about three years ago and had check up before to but this time im noticing my belly is harder then usely and it seem my lower area it popped out and i never experienced having a child.. I have no children at all and im not sure if i could be seen i had the iud in for 3 year and i had not problem but i been bleeding for the past 3 week but only lightly some time it goes away but them it come back and i figure that normal because with the three year i had the iud i have my period for 2 week and it goes away and i dont see it for 4 months and when i first got to iud i had it for like a month and it went away for 6 months... I just wanna know seen i had the iud for 3 years i cant be pregnant...

Odds of pregnancy with Mirena is 1 in 100. One of the best birth controls out there. As long as you check your strings the odds of pregnancy can't get much lower unless you get snipped. If you feel something is amiss though go get a pregnancy test. Take it early in the morning for the greatest concentration of HCG. If it's positive call your OB asap because well it can cause a host of problems including miscarriage. I've had mine for nearly 3 years and it still makes my body all wonky. I'm not the biggest fan of it to be quite honest but it's fail rate is so good and it's so low maintenance I keep it.

I had mirena and had to have mine taken out at 3 years because the hormones ran out early. This also happened to 2 other people I know.

I would go to the doctor and get it checked out and honestly I would go to a new doctor.. Your doctor should have never let you get Mirena since you haven't had any children. Also it could not only cause risk to your baby but could be fatal for you as well if you are in fact pregnant! Good luck I am on my second round of Mirena and I love it

Id go to the dr to just get checked out. An iud your not spose to be able to get pg but with all birth control there is a slight risk of it happening. Id take a pg test first n if that came out normal than go get checked n make sure your thing is in the right spot.

You can get pregnant with an IUD. It is a slim chance but it does happen. I didn't think they did IUD's on people who have never had kids. I know my little sister wanted one and the doctor did everything to discourage her since she has no children.



You NEED to call your doctor. If you are pregnant the baby would be at risk for all kinds of problems with the IUD in there. You may just have to have the IUD removed. I hope it is nothing serious. Good luck,

Call your doctor and have a check up done and pregnancy test just to be sure. I'm not for sure what the chances are on getting pregnant with the iud. But defiantly call your doctor
