oh yeah, and eat what you can. if that means you eat fruit loops for a month, its food and thats better than nothing!

I had morning sickness all day and all night for th efirst 4 months. I couldnt eat or drink anything without puking. FInally I found Emetrol. It was the only thing that helped me. I took it 15 mins before I ate, which helped me feel just good enough to eat. Then I would take it right after I ate and that helped me keep my food down. It didnt completely take away the naseau but kept it at bay just enough to eat. You can take it whenever you are sick or throwing up. I got it at Target. Hope that helps and congrats!!

I had the worst morning sickness ever with my daughter :)
these are som things that helped me ALOT
1. Ginger tea....or dried ginger pieces you can buy these at most health food stores
2. Honey nut cherrios.....keep a small ziploc bag full in your purse
3. freezeies made from real fruit juice
4. mashed potatos or plain potato chips
5. hard candies..... but not minty ones as they can cause constipation if you eat too many!!

Sea bands are these wrist braclets made for motion sickness however they were a miracle for sickness during pregnancy. They do not have any medication at all which was great for me because I didn't want to take anything when I was pregnant. There is a little bead that hits a certain pressure point and makes you reel better. I was really sick during my pregnancy (couldn't even stand to be in a car for more than 5 minutes as well as vomiting for 1/2 hour every morning )and as soon as I put them on I was 100% better.

They have prego pops at babies r us and motherhood... I have never tried them I also didn't have morning sickness with mine. But I have heard they work. I hope this helps

ive only had one pregnancy but omg what bad morning sickness i had i was hospitalised three times on a drip for 4 day each time its bad i know but what help me i used to dribk half a glass of flat coke with heaps of ice and then took my tablet try to foods with high potaassium level too like bannas becase your potasium leels drop dramtically but good luck wish you the best dont hesitate to go to the hospital if it gets worse :)

You can ask your doctor about the vitamin b lollipops or hard candies, they work for some people but for me it was pepermints! Gum, mints, tea..anything pepermint calmed my stomache and anytime I had the nerve to eat I would drink flat gingerale with my meals and take really small sips. That was the only way I was able to deal with it. Hope things start getting better for you soon!!

I had to constantly be snacking. As long as I had food in my tummy it seemed to be under control.

I had morning sickness with my bub and i tried sooo much that everyone said worked for them that never worked for me. The only theing i found was eating fruit tingles in the small packs tho so when ya open them they dont go yucky but i found they were great

Nothing at all worked for me, i had ALL day sickness the whole nine months. I had to go to hospital to be rehydrated as I was not keeping anything down including water. I hope it gets better for you. and congrats on your new pregnancy :)

Oh honey, I had with all 3 of my pregnancies! i totally understand how you feel. While I don't reccommend stopping the vitamins...You can totally take flinstones! It worked like a charm. Also try hard peices of candy to keep around, oh yea and babies r us has these special lollipops for mothers with morning sickness!
