My 19 month old daughter has quit sleeping through the night. She was transitioned to a toddler bed over a month ago, but seems to be waking up in the middle of the night crying and screaming. The only thing that seems to calm her down is either my husband or i staying with her. But if we leave her the screaming starts all over again. Any suggestions on how to help my little one go back to sleeping through the night?

It could be alot of factors, Night Terrors (Night mares) A growth Spurt, Teething if she doesnt have all her teeth yet. My 13 month old is going through the growth spurt part so I try to give him one of those pediatric drinks with the extra vitamins in it before bed, it helps fill him up! If its night terrors though there really isnt anything you can do about it

Both of my boys (now 4 1/2 & 3) did the same thing and I wish I had some useful advice, but in our case it just seemed to be phase that we all had to "suffer" through. lol. But, if I remember it didn't last too long. Good Luck!
