my 2 1/2 year child do not speak more than 6-7 words n those words do not repeat regularly should i be worried plsss help me???

Honestly, I have worked with special needs children for a very long time and there are certain kids that just refuse to speak. If you have a boy...they tend to take longer to talk. But...if you are concerned you should speak to a dr. I would not fret over it....till you actually have a medical opinion. Best of luck

its a speech delay. My son also has one. He should be checked out by early intervention, his pediatrician can help you with this. They will give him speech therapy to help.

Yes, you should be worried, get the pediatrician to refer you to an audiologist and neurologist
