My 5 year old son won't stay in bed at night and no matter what I do he just doesn't care. I take away toys, movies, TV and even going outside. I'm running out of things to take away. most nights it takes close to 2hr's before he'll finaly go to sleep. I feel like putting a lock on his door.

Please help me.

I love that show. Every time I watch it I say to myself. Oh I should try that! But I have such a hard time keeping my cool. I will give it a shot though,

I just don't understand what happens at bed time. He's such a good boy, He cleans his own room buts the dishes away and gets drest but bed time comes along and I don't know who he is any more. He goes from my sweet little man to satan.

But I'll try it out hopefully I can keep with it, with out turning in to a reck. Thank you for your addvice.

Hello my 1 year old daughter does this. She will be 2 in february. She just won't stay in bed. After the first Good night and a kiss, everytime she gets up I walk her into her room and I put her back in her bed cover her over and walk out. The key is don't say a word. And It's been working she has stayed in her bed for a week now. Hope this helps. I saw it on Super Nanny so I tried it.
