my 8months baby girl is having somethings like small pimples on her face. please help

I agree with Terrell. It could just be baby acne. Many babies get this. It could be because they have sensitive skin or maybe a reaction to a soap or lotion. It could also be chicken pocks, but if it is just on her face, likely not.

Could just be baby acne. My daughter is 3 months and has had the same thing on her face. It comes and goes. Her doctor said that it has something to do with the changing hormones in her body. Could also be heat rash. Me and my lil' lady went on vacation to California from DC and being as though she was born in January her skin wasn't accustomed to the heat. The "pimples" are all over her back and stomach but their going away. You don't have to worry they should clear up.
