my daughter wkaes up every hour at night its been happening the last month or so, i thought it was just a phase but seems to be sticking around..... any ideas please im exhausted!!!!!

Try feeding her an hour before bed. Right before a nice hot bath.

She could be teething and if so it should only last a few days. Or if she still has two naps a day, this could be her way of telling you that she now only needs one.
