Usually start it around 6 months, can do earlier, but Dr's recommend 6 months of age. Mix some single grain cereal w/ breast milk (or formula), introduce new foods one at a time & give it at least 2 days before trying something else, to watch for allergies. My son loves veggies, he likes fruits, but oddly enough prefers veggies. They say to start veggies before fruit so they won't want only the sweeter foods. Have fun & good luck!!! :-D
