Thank you Julianne. Thats exactly what I was talking about. theyre totally harmless until you go popping them then you just spread it around and even imbed it further into the skin causing rashes and corpusles.

Try using a barrier cream at every nappy change to put something between the urine and his skin and also make sure he spends some time without a nappy on so his skin can get some air on it. If it gets worse or your really worried about it then see a doctor.

you know what,, your talking about calcium deposits right?? gabby had those all over her when she was born. They fell off eventually. Around 7 months they were all gone.

If they're little white bumps without the red around the base dont touch them! Theyre whats called "milk bumps" but I dont know the technical name for them. Theyre normal for infants and adults get them at times too. I'm 29 and still get them from time to time. They go away on their own. My son use to get them on him bottom, back, and face but when I took him to the doc he told me not to worry about them. If they itch use the Benadryl spray on them. I say spray instead of cream because the spray dries and wont come off until bath time as to where the cream will come off in the diaper or he can get it on his hands then into the eyes or mouth.

it could be a diaper rash too, maybe try some corn starch? it is like baby powder but not harmful.
