he probably isn't far off getting another tooth, i found the teething tabs you mentioned helped my daughter, also any teething gel and as a natural remedy, try Infants Friend. and when he is really unsettled and in pain, reach for the panadol.

The rubber bone is a great idea. My son just needs to cut his 2nd molars or as i guess what they call the 2 year molars. He wasted no time at all with teething.

I have heard with teething is that even after they cut their whole mouth could still be sore from it. Maybe the other teeth are moving around under the gum's. You could try Humphry's teething tablets if you haven't already. My son really like's that stuff alot more then orajel lol. Try that and see if that helps and if not I will look into further for you.

We were told never to use ambesol, or oregel. becuase it numbs the neck muscles and is dangerous. However we did find a awesome teething tool, a vibrating toothbrush.



Like the spin brush type thing from crest. That sort of thing.



I do like using tylenol as well.



And if nothing else works, and this is going to sound totally wierd. Buy a rubber bone for a dog. It's great for chewing and you can chuck it in the dishwasher every day.

He may just be cutting another set of teeth that you cannot see yet. it is really just one long ongoing process until they are all in. My son is just over two and finally finished all his teething around his second b-day. The eye teeth were BAD because they hurt him until they were all the way in, not just broken through.

ive tried all that it doesn't seem to help the poor lil guy.. i haven't done oatmeal in his babas at night yetill try that... tho at nite he only wakes up for one feed of 4oz so i know its not a feeding issue.

My son is having the exact same problem. I give him motrin or tylenol, whichever, at night and during the day I use orajel and let him chew on a cold damp wash cloth. He loves it.

my 9mopnth old has all 4 back teeth a top front bottom front and a bottom canine coming, his pediatricain has us giving him infant tylenol 2 times a day once in the am and before he goes to bed. we give him orajel too and use the nighttime only formula. he also uses a teething pacifier from walmart.com a razbaby one that is textured and massages his gums.. lemme know if any of this helps

hello, i wanted to give u a cupl of tips that helped me....my son is going on 7 mos and during his teeth cuttng in, i wud give him a fruit popsicle to kinda soothe the throbbing. try using oatmeal in his milk when he goes to sleep at nite. believe me, it helps, and it helps them sleep through the nite bcus they have the oatmeal on his stomach. Hi. I know exactly what your going through my son is about to be one and he has 10 teeth. I use baby ambesol every 4 hours or so and motrin before bed and when he gets really cranky.If the tooth has broken through it definitly still hurts just apply the ambesol over the gums. Dont worry it will get better. I would be lost without the motrin.My dr said every four hours it really works good luck
