No thats definitely not a bad thing! My son will be 2 on the 25th of this month and he isnt either! Me and my husband started trying to potty train at 18 months because he was showing interest. Needlees to say we pushed him too hard and now he won't even go near the potty!! Just go with the flow you'll know when hes ready!!

I was worried my son would never potty train. They ask that children in preschool or daycare be potty trained and we were coming up on that. He was three when he finally caught on. Girls are much easier and can train much sooner! Good Luck!

Wow, that is really early...most boys that I know are 2 1/2 to 3 before they are potty trained.
