Hi, My daughter is 5 years old and she has a bad habit of biting her nails and the skin around her nails. It's getting so bad that her fingers are becoming infected. I am not sure what to do. Please Help

Make sure you clip them often. It could just be a hang nail that gets her started. Painting the nails might help. You can always make her wear gloves whenever you catch her with her fingers in her mouth too.

my mom used to use "No Bite Nail Polish" for my sister. it leaves a bitter taste in her mouth. She stopped biting her nails around 25 yrs old. lol. MY daughter used to bite her nails too. shes 5. i just staye don top of her about keeping her hands outta her mouth. I started just painting her nails with regular polish since she liked the look she slowly stopped biting them.
