Ask your eldest to create a game for their sibling. You may have to make a few suggestions, to keep it at the right age level, but you would be amazed at what comes out!

Camping. It's always something every kid should experience at least once in his or her life. Even if it's just the back yard or the neighborhood park. I always liked going on short hikes with my little brother. Scavenger hunts. Easy stuff for the little one, more complicated stuff for the big one. Reward for both of them finding everything is dinner at their favorite restaurant. Idk. Would have been great if my parents had done that with me, haha.

You could also try an arcade if you have one close enough to you. They have games for all ages.

If you are looking for a place to go, look for play grounds that are not super busy and have enough equipment that both the ten-year-old and the two-year-old can enjoy (i.e. sometimes the slides are too tall for the two year old, or the smaller things aren't interesting enough for the 10-year-old) A school playground might be a good idea if you can find one that is open during non-school hours because it has to accomodate different age groups.
