I've looked online, but would love to hear others suggestions on car seats. I'd like one for 20-65 lbs, I think.

Graco sungrides are very padded and comfortable and come in stylish colors. I ordered mine from walmart.com and got a cute black and white pattern and I always get compliments on it.

I have an Eddie Bauer car seat that is good for 5-80lbs. I love it! It is so easy to use. To loosen and tighen the straps it is just a turn of a knob and the shoulder straps slide up and down. You can adjust them with the kid strapped in the seat. The buckles are also "chunkier" so they are easy to use even with winter gloves on. Make sure the carseat also fits well in your car and comfortable for you to use.

I really like Evenflo car seats. We have 2 convertible Evenflo car seats that go 5-40lbs. Then we'll buy a Graco Turbo Booster. What ever brand you choose, I recommend getting a seat that you can adjust on the side while the child is in the seat. It really helps with weather change and different clothes to adjust the straps so that they are snug each time your child is in the seat.
