I am currently pregnant, but due in April. We have a little guy at home already and he will be 23 months when the baby is born. How can I make this a smooth and loving transition rather than a disaster?

We went to the library and got books about moms and little babies. Or moms having a baby. We talked about what was gonna happen. I Would even let your lil one prepare for the baby. Make it fun and try not to stress about it. It will all work out. Good Luck and Congrats
