With a super active toddler and the demands of being a house wife I find myself not having anymore energy to exercise at the end of the day...I clean and squeeze a shower in while she naps and when she falls asleep at night i cleaning up the kitchen from the dinner mess. By the time I finish, I just want to put my feet up and relax....but lately i noticed that i gained another 10 pounds on top of the 20 i stil haven't lost from my pregnancy....any suggestions...
