Squeezed lemon juice, with some syrup to sweeten it up, and just a dash of Cayenne Pepper 3 - 5 times a day. Fills you up more so that you don't eat as much during the day. I haven't tried it yet 'coz I'm still breastfeeding (but I definitely will try it when baby's off the boob), but my grandma & aunt are both using this and they lost 5 - 7 pounds in the first week.

I know you said no exercise, but I have found the easiest and very affective exercise. And best part, it only takes 5 minutes a day. Just how affective is it, well I was 110lbs before my first baby, during my pregnancy I got up to 163 a week before I delivered. I was back down to 130 5 months later when I got pregnant with my second which I got up to 156lbs before delivery. As of today, I weigh 108lbs and Ive had 2 c-sections. My trick, a weighted hula hoop, yes a hula hoop, not the cheap ones you get at the market. Go to sportshoops.com, they arent that expensive, and I kid you not just 5 mins a day.

The only way to help with post-baby body is the following things:

* more sex (exercise)

* walking (with your baby- yay for bonding time!!!)

* cardio (try body pump, it's awesome!)

* drink lots of water

* count calories

* don't eat junk food/take out all the time

* don't  think "DIET," think "HEALTHY"

* vitamin E pills and or cream help with stretch marks...not in making them go away so much as fading them way the heck out.

* And remember...you're the same person you were before, you've just got more character now ;) you're baby will love you no matter how you look

Breastfeeding has helped me to a point but I would definitely recommend some exercise. If you are breastfeeding its probably not a good idea to diet but just to eat healthily. I have been doing a strictly come dancing DVD workout which is great fun and I have started to loose more weight. With my first daughter I put on 2 and a half stone and it shifted pretty easily but this time around (I also put on 2 and a half stone) it's sticking around and I'm stuck between 11 and 11 and a half stone!! I will get there and I'm sure you will too, it just takes time.
