Hey,
Has any one got any good tips on losing your baby belly, I have a 9month old and its not going any were! its huge and gross and getting me down, will not budge. Any tips/Adivce would e much aprecatied!

your abdominal muscles stretch when your pregnent so you need to keep doing exercises to strengthen them again, yoga, pilaties etc - but hun 9 months? dont expect miricals unless your working out for 4 hours every day give it a year or 2 before you start to panic. Also breast feed for as long as possible - it made a huge difference for me. and lastly wheat - when i eat wheat i get really bloated, i thought it was fat, but even after 3 days of no wheat my tummy shrunk heaps - so give that a go.
