i have worked with a few people with Prader Willi (in the disability field) and it can cause basically an extreme need to eat and drink and not know when to stop. People with this disorder can also have impulses to eat non edible things.

Hiya

I dont know much about this syndrome but i googled it. how old is your daughter? i have a 7yr old daughter who wants to eat all the time but with her its boredom. just cause your dd eats all the time does not mean she has it there are lots of different things to indicate it but im not an expert big/small hands and feet (cant remember what 1), learning difficulties, weight issues and in teenagers delayed puberty and lots of other stuff it can sometimes be misdiagnosed as down syndrome if you are really worried about your daughter go and talk to your gp x
