Pre- baby body

After I had my son I ate salad and drank plenty of water for 6 weeks and I lost 30 pounds of baby weight. Some how I don't really think that will work this time. I'm not as big with my current baby as I was with my son. So far I'm 4 and half months and I've only gained 7 pounds. Which I think is pretty good. But I want to know what are some of the things that you did to help you lose weight and get back to your pre-baby weight and body?

When i had my little man i gained about 20lb i've lost 11 all ready i do plenty of walking but i think breast feeding was a great help i know it's not for everyone :)

Before falling pregnant with my 1st child I weighed 14 stone, after I gave birth I weighed 15 stone. When my second was born a year later I thought, enough is enough - they and I deserve better. I am now 10 stone and a UK size 10 - I cut bread and potatos out of my diet completely and walked everywhere!
