After I had my son I ate salad and drank plenty of water for 6 weeks and I lost 30 pounds of baby weight. Some how I don't really think that will work this time. I'm not as big with my current baby as I was with my son. So far I'm 4 and half months and I've only gained 7 pounds. Which I think is pretty good. But I want to know what are some of the things that you did to help you lose weight and get back to your pre-baby weight and body?
