Does anyone know the cost of private pre k's or K-1st grade around here? Virginia beach, va.
I want my son in a private school for kindergarten, but can't seem to find any info. What's the average cost for a year of pre-k or K-1st?

I'm from Tennessee so I wouldnt know about VA but over here the pre-k program is based on your income. If you make too much your child wont get into the program and over here theres not such thing as a private one. They only allow a certain amount of kids in the class as well. I think by punishing a childs education because of their parents' income isnt the best idea but thats how it works sometimes. You may be able to contact the public school and ask them if a private pre-k and Kindergarten school exists in your area and they may be able to help you. If so, they may be able to give you a list and some numbers and you can call them and ask the financial questions and requirements on getting into the school.
