Pregnancy? Morning Sickness

Today I just found out that I was pregnant with my second child which is thrilling :-) With my first I experience no morning sickness at all but with this one I have experienced nausea which I can deal with but the other symptom I have been experiencing is horrible....I have been getting extremely light headed every time I stand...while im sitting im fine but as soon as I stand up I get light headed and then my head starts pounding...Has anyone else experienced this symptom and is it a normal thing that is associated with pregnancy

it's very normal. how far along are you? Intense headaches can be one of the first symptoms, even before morning sickness. It's because of the surge of hormones and the almost immediate increase of blood volume. Try to get up slowly, stay hydrated, stay away from excess caffeine (or try to cut back if you can), and keep your blood sugar up by eating small healthy snacks- it can help. Talk to your doc, too, when you go in for a confirmation- most okay tylenol (but stay away from ibuprofin). You probably know all that though, being your second time around. Congrats! :D
