I am just wondering if any of you can give me some recipes to help me lose weight? I have weighed myself this morning and was 88.5kg (195lb)...close to 20kg (44lb) more than I should probably be. I am trying to organise some times with my husband for me to go and do some Zumba and Personal Training but that isn't easy as he is a very busy Medical Intern. So for starters I thought I'd work on the food front.
I'm looking for recipes that are quick and easy (with two kids 3 and under I'm sure you can understand why) but also that are healthy, filling and yummy but without me wanting to go and find something greasy afterwards (as I have found a lot of salads seem to do).
I can find recipes in books but generally they have a few ingredients that I don't usually have on hand (which equals time and money to go and buy them).
If you have any ideas, that would be great :)
