So first of all I am known to be blunt...so here it goes! I have a son who is 6 months old that I love love love with all of my heart....he was not planned, and actually I was on the birth control pill....Now that I have been there & done that, I am afraid it might happen again! I tried a different form of b.c. but it didn't work for me...and now my boyfriend is gettin kinda upset. I mean we do, just not nearly as often as we used too, and I feel bad, but I just don't feel the drive anymore either....HELP! Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!

i use Mariana or some are called i u d's a few of my friends had them and they said they loved it so i thought i would give it a try. i pretty much like it. i was scared at first because it was something i never though i could or would do. have something placed inside my body let alone in my vagina but it all worked out. i did have a lil pain and cramping at first but its definitely worth it because theres no way we could afford another kid right now. about the whole sex thing... ive lost my sex drive as well and it kinda sucks but my man minds it more then i do and hes still putting up with me he just have to keep nagging me until we finally go to the bedroom. i really dont know wut to do about it. i never use to be like this.

I have 3 kiddos, and only one of them was planned. I got pregnant on the pill. Its exhausting having kids so its normal to have little or no sex drive (my youngest is two and a half months) even though nothing is a hundred percent effective, (I had my tubes tied) actually my doctor didnt tie them he sucked them out. so unless your positve you dont want anymore children, you could get your tubes tied or your hubby can get snipped.

we use Creighton fertility method.. obviously right now we use it to avoid pg.. but you can also use it to acheive pg.. its natural.. you chart your cycle, mucus, thats it.. when you start if you're avoiding pg you abstain a while so you can see how your mucus is so you can judge your fertile/unfertile days, it goes on from there.. i've been practicing for 3 mos now.. its great.. and helps with your communication in so many ways.. no side affects, etc.. it also helps you id prob with your body as a female, if anyone wants more info i can direct the best i can pm me

Thankfully I've had pretty good luck with the birth control pill. It hasn't made me sick or anything & it prevented pregnancy until my husband and I decided to have a baby. BUT, it still makes me nervous!! Especially when I hear about other women getting pregnant on the pill. I was so worried about getting pregnant again that my hubby and I wouldn't have sex very often either! I would just kind of avoid the subject haha. Now that my son is 8 months, I'm kinda letting my nervousness go, but it still makes me a little paranoid lol. I mean don't get me wrong, if I had another baby now it wouldn't be the end of the world, but I'd much rather wait a little while. Definitely discuss your concerns with your doctor and maybe she can suggest a different form of bc!

I was scared to get pregnant again even though both my kids were planned. I got on the Nuvaring - a once monthly ring you insert leave for 3 weeks take out for a week for your period and repeat. I have been on it for 3 years and LOVE IT!! My periods last about 3-4 days with light to moderate bleeding, no cramps. GOOD LUCK!!

well first off, he can deal with it, he should just be glad hes getting any at all. second, there are SO many kinds of bc out there, and you will find one that works for you, you just have to try them. im not necessarily worried about getting pregnant again, but a man has to understand that that is a big worry for a woman cuz with a young baby its hard to imagine being pregnant a second time, and the thought is a total turn off. not to mention having a baby is time consuming and exhausting and your not always in the mood.....

Talk to your doctor about what other b.c. is out there.. I got pregnant with my son while on the pill also. I hear IUDs really work, and always make sure he uses a condom. There are alot of other options out there for birth control, like i said, talk to ur doctor and mabey he can help u decide which one is right for you! it is normal to not have a high sex drive, ecspecially after having kids, they take a toll on ur body and that is ok. Just try and talk to him and make him understand that....
