I'm fortunate to get to stay at home with my son, my husbands a State Trooper. Our 1 yr anniversary is coming up. And I want to do something really special for him...but what am I supposed to get him, when he's the financial provider?! He bought me a new car, so the pressures on!

My husband and I try to do fun thing with what each year represents. The first year is paper so for our first anniversary he bought an origami book and spent ALL day while I was at work making be these beautiful paper flowers. It didn't cost much but I LOVED them!!! For him i bought him this custom made photo frame with our names cut out in the matting with a heart in between. Then I went through our wedding pictures the (paper part) and filled it in. It turned out really great.

lmao! how about cleaning gloves, a spray bottle, scrub brush, and some bleach!! :)
All seriousness aside, he may earn the money but it shouldn't be classed as his!! If there is a hallmark near you I know they sell statues of cops, he may like something like that.
