hi im 24 and i have two boys 7and 10 and the 10 year old tyson has ADHD he drives me up the wall my parnter is so good with them and his not there dad and i know at times its not easy for him

Thanks so much. His mother and I "get along." In a sense. lol But yes, I am only 23. We are not getting married until next summer though. I hope that my "role" will kind of define itself after that a little. I am reading books and getting advice, but I really think time will be the best learning tool for me.

absolutely!! after three years sometimes i still have a hard time knowing my role, lol. it doesn't help that htier mom and i hate each other!! it's great that you love him so much and it sounds like your dedicated ADHD. your only 23!?! that's amazing. my daughters step mom is 24 and wants nothing to do with her!! she's not done partying yet.....

the fact that your talking about and 'worried about your role' makes you a good step mom!!! just take it day by day or minute be minute, i get how frustrating/overwhelming it can all get sometimes!!!

thanks so much! He is 9 and has ADHD. But, he is amazing and I love him SOOO much! It just gets overwhelming knowing my role ya know? His dad and I have talked about it but there are just times where I feel incredibly uncertain.
