She also grabs at her right ear at times during the day.. no fever, no crying at the time she does it. Could she have an ear infection? Or the pain from teething has traveled up to her ear.. I don't know!?

I would take her to the doctor. Ear infections can be horrible for babies. If she has one, she might not be teething at all, just in that much pain from her ear infection.

my children which i have 4 all got their first teeth at arround 12- 14 weeks of age my fourth whois now 14 weeks just got her first 2 days ago but she showed signs of teething from as early as 4 weeks of age so if it gets her too overtired or overwhelmed i usualy just give a small amount of panadol so that they can be a bit more relaxed and if thereis any painat will take it awy

when she does get fussy and in pain give her some oraljel or some teething tablets or maybe some ice chunks at walmart there is this mesh bag that you can fill things with and id get that and put ice in it that can help

Thank you! She does cry out in pain but it's not all the time.. maybe once every other day.. ugh her pain kills me!

my son grabs his ear all the time she could just be finding out she has them if she doesn have a fever or crabby about it then i think she is fine and yes she could be teething feel her gums and see if there are any bumps lol the bumps would be like the bottom of the gums lol but you can give her a teething ring or just something hard and cold or whatever but i dont think she has an ear infection

It could easily be teething pain bothering her! Both my kids starting showing signs of teething around 3 months of age! As long as she isnt crying in pain I wouldn't worry about it too much. If she does start hurting you can freeze the corner of a washcloth to rub on her gums or give her some infant tylenol.
