All of a sudden my happy smiling baby has become a cranky, irritable mess. He is six months old. What is causing this? Could it be teething ? What other symptoms would he have?

He gas as a new born but hasn't had any issues since . I still have the drops. I guess there is no harm in trying them again. Thanks!

It could be teething or even gas. I remember when my daughter was a baby..she would get really fussy, and I found out it was because she was gassy.I would give her gas drops, and the good thing about those drops are there all natural, so even if it's not gas the drops will not affect them at all.

Thanks!! Can you feel something even if the teeth have not broken through the skin yet?

In my children they always were VERY cranky! sometimes low grade fever or cold like symptoms. I would wash your hands and take your finger and feel the gums to see if thats the case. if you cant feel try to look (this can be challenging) and if gums are swollen and show maybe some white marks then sure enough he is teething! Try Ice and some tylenol. If thats not the case then maybe gas? or colic? Good luck! Hope this helps.
