I haven't been with my daughter's father for over a year and he is not currenty involved in her life. But I am ready to move on. I've met guy and I don't know how to approach the whole situation. He kows about my daughter's father and he likes my daughter. But where do I go from here??

your daught always comes first, but have to be happy aswell. takeyour time and makesure his not going to disipoint your little girl by leaving...

It`s perfect that you have a new oportunity in love, but don`t forget that you have to protect your child, Specially protect her for bad people with sick minds. Take it slowly, meet the guy very well, and then take a decision, always thinking on the best for your child. Good luck!

Girl it is hard to move on to begin with. I have been there before my daughter's father was the same way. it is hard because you just want to bring just any man in your daughter's life. Just take your time see how your daughter feels a round him. they are the true judges. and let the guy understand that it is a package deal

Youve been honest so thats good n he is still around so thats a good start take things slow iv been there i left father of my oldest three im now married with another child and i know from hubby point of view when we started getting serious he liked the fact my oldest 2 asked if he would read 2 them or put them in to bed instead of me we knew they had accepted him but its still tough to begin with not to get carried away.
