Thinking bout quiting my job. im a 25yr old RN w/ a 4yr old i never get to see. Im missing EVERYTHING should i quit?

No but have you thought about doing community/home care rather than working in a hospital? If they do that where you live? Business hours, not shift work.

I've done the stay at home mom thing and I loved it! I am working again now because it became financially difficult to stay home. I'd say that if you can afford to be missing out on that income then go for it and stay home and enjoy your little one. S/he will be starting school soon then u can go back to work part time if you want. Good luck. It's a difficult decision but do what u feel is nessesary for you and your family.

The big questiom is.. Would you be financially stable enought to quit? maybe you could reducr your hours?
