While feeding my little one baby food she would eat everything. Now that we have moved to table food she refuses to eat vegetables unless it is mashed up like baby food. Is anyone else having this problem and what would you suggest?

Hey don't worry they all go to chunkier foods at different times. I have one child that took awhile and the other one right away took table foods, Just keep trying it and in the mean time mash some up and some small bites on the tray/table. Eventually your child will move to bigger foods, but in a couple of months they will be taking it easy. mashing it up still to get them to eat won't form a habit or anything, they will keep over it. Your doing a good job!!!!!! Keep it up!!!

Hi you need to keep persisting, leave them finger food cube size and let her use her hands. I never had this issue as my little girl loves her veg, and hater runny food from day one on solids. Try mashing the food to a rough mash leave it chunky to start with. Good luck

I started with carrots. They are easiest to mash up, and they can also be left whole. I didn't really have any problems with getting the girls to eat their vegetables, but we kinda started with carrots and mashed potatoes. Green Beans were a little hard to get Ana to eat, but she loved her peas and SOnja would eat just her carrots when we served the peas and carrots mixed together.
